The Hendersonville Utility District Board of Commissioners is comprised of three members appointed by the Sumner County Executive. The current Board of Commissioners include:

The Hendersonville Utility District Board of Commissioners.

The Hendersonville Utility District Board of Commissioners meet the third Monday of each month at 4:30PM in the Board Room at the District's office, 125 Indian Lake Road, in Hendersonville.

The February meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 4:30 P.M. at the District office.
The March meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, March 5, 2012 at 4:30 P.M. at the District office.
